Pastor Elco Vallier is the senior pastor of Haitian Ministry Theophile church in Christ of Miami, and a senior advisor for the Haitian ministry Theophile Church Organization. He is an international speaker, bible teacher, and counselor. He earned several degrees from Newburgh Theological College and Light university and was also awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Agape Bible College.
